On May 18, Peking University and its partners announced that they have screened out the highly active neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, which shows strong therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy against COVID-19. The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein coupled magnetic beads were applied to screen the memory B cells, greatly improving the efficiency of neutralizing antibodies screening. (Potent neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 identified by high-throughput single-cell sequencing of convalescent patients’ B cell )
