Description
A single mouse monoclonal anti-human TdT IgG directly conjugated to FITC. The solution provides rapid staining of fixed and permeabilized cells for multicolor flow cytometry studies. Flow cytometric analysis of blood cells using this reagent allows for the evaluation of TdT expression and the concomitant presentation of cell surface markers indicative of a disease.
The product is Protein A purified and prepared at a concentration of 50 µg per mL in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. It can be used at a 1:10 dilution with Supertechs Cat# 9500 control cell suspension.
