用於肥大細胞(mast cell) 去顆粒作用試驗的Human IgE

Cat. No. 250206 Human IgE (biotinylated)成功用於使human mast cell敏感化，並在將streptavidin添加到細胞培養基中時觸發去顆粒反應。

Human IgE 產品已用於刺激下列細胞：

• human mast cells
• human airway smooth muscle cells (HASM)
• human bronchial/tracheal smooth muscle cells (B/TSM)
• acute myelogenous leukemia blasts (AML)
• human neutrophils

Biotinylated human IgE and streptavidin trigger degranulation  of  LAD2 human mast cells. LAD2 cells were sensitized overnight with 0.1 ug/ml biotinylated human IgE (Abbiotec Cat. No. 250206). Cells were incubated with streptavidin (SA) for 30 min at 37°C. Degranulation was monitored by beta-hexosaminidase release into the supernatant calculated as a percentage of total content.
