Choosing the FAP Homodimer with High Enzyme Activity for Solid Tumor Study

FAP is a promising therapeutic target for solid tumor due to its unique enzymatic activity and selective expression in tumor microenvironment, which is enzymatically active as a homodimer.

ACROBiosystems has developed a series of active FAP homodimer protein products. The homodimer purity, binding capacity and enzyme activity have been verified by SEC-MALS, ELISA and enzyme assay respectively, and the specific enzyme activity is greater than 8000 pmol/min/µg.

Measured by its ability to convert the substrate benzyloxycarbonyl-Gly-Pro-7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (Z-GP-AMC) to Z-Gly-Pro and 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC). The specific activity is >8000 pmol/min/µg.

The purity of Human FAP, His Tag (MALS verified) (Cat. No. FAP-H5244) was more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 180-195 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
