Stem cells, known as “universal cells,” can self-replicate and differentiate. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), leading stem cell therapy with 655 global projects, face challenges in large-scale production. The adhesion and diffusion of MSCs in culture depend heavily on the extracellular matrix, with fibronectin playing a key role in differentiation and tissue formation.

Our newly launched GMP Recombinant Human Fibronectin is specifically designed to facilitate the efficient and large-scale production of MSCs in vitro. In addition, we have developed a series of GMP grade growth factors and cytokine detection kits, which can fully support the cultivation and quality control related research of MSCs!

·    High bioactivity verified in the application

VALIDATION DATA:

GMP Fibronectin (GMP-FINH18) could promote mesenchymal stem cell attachment and proliferation in several passages, comparable with Competitor T. The bioactivity of GMP Fibronectin (GMP-FINH18) is similar with PG Fibronectin (FIN-H5116).

GMP Fibronectin (GMP-FINH18) could maintain the stemness of MSC in several passages, with high expression of MSC markers CD73, CD90 and CD105 and negative expression of HLA-DR, CD34 and CD45. The stemness ability is comparable with Competitor T and similar with PG Fibronectin (FIN-H5116).
