Easy and Economical Antibody Purification with Alkali Resistant Protein A Particles

CD Bioparticles provides alkali resistant Protein A agarose particles and magnetic agarose particles for your economical and efficient antibody purification. The recombinant alkali-resistant Protein A is expressed in Escherichia coli and is not of animal origin. Combined with genetic transformation, the dynamic binding capacity to human IgG is stable at 45 mg/mL and can tolerate cleaning with a 0.1-0.5 M NaOH solution. There is a very stable bond between Protein A and the particle, which minimizes leakage of the ligand and allows the reuse of the affinity resin in several purification steps. These particles are suitable for the purification of a wide range of immunoglobulins from different mammalian species, such as human, mouse, rat, rabbit, and cattle, in ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant, or cell extract. Different antibodies or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments can be isolated and purified using these particles. CD Bioparticles provides alkali resistant Protein A agarose particles and magnetic agarose particles for antibody purification by column chromatography or magnetic separation in tubes. Compared with similar products, our alkali resistant Protein A magnetic agarose particles are also reusable like chromatographic packing.
