Bladder Cancer Biomarkers
膀胱癌是泌尿系統最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,其中大部分是膀胱移形上皮細胞癌(Transitional cell carcinoma),約有70%為淺表性腫瘤。在治療後5~15年內復發率為60%~85%,其中20%可能進展為侵襲性腫瘤,因此早期發現膀胱腫瘤和復發腫瘤變得十分重要。膀胱癌標記的檢測具有非侵入性、高靈敏、特異性高等特點,已成為膀胱癌早期診斷的重點。
