Cancer Biomarkers in Clinical Practice


癌症生物標記是由腫瘤或組織物分泌而來分子, 其中一些物質在正常體內是不存在的,只存在於胚胎中; 一些物質在正常人體內表達值較低,僅在腫瘤患者中高表現。 經過百年的研究,許多研究發現數百種癌症生物標記。 但到目前為止,在診斷中發揮特定作用的生物標記還很少, 大多數癌症生物標記只能作為輔助指標,只有幾十種生物標記在腫瘤診斷、臨床治療、復發轉移等方面具有重要意義。
