| As solid tumors such as glioblastoma continue to resist conventional therapies, researchers are turning to more physiologically accurate in vitro systems to advance therapeutic discovery. Dr. Akbari’s team has pioneered a multi-compartment tumoroid-on-a-chip system, offering unprecedented insights into tumor heterogeneity, immune interactions, and therapeutic efficacy. |
