Our Mouse Glucose Assay Kit is designed to work with mouse serum, plasma, or urine samples and can be run in 96-well plates.
Glucometers run one sample at a time and are referenced to human blood, leading to slow assay times and underestimated glucose values in mice. Since mice have higher hemocrit values, the Crystal Chem Mouse Glucose Assay Kit directly measures the glucose concentration in mouse samples, without the need for a conversion factor, to achieve more accurate and reliable measurements.
