4A3-SC8 is an ionizable lipid dendrimer used in generating lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for RNA delivery. Incorporation of differently charged lipids (DODAP, DOTAP, or PA) into 4A3-SC8 LNPs allow for selective delivery of RNA to the liver, lungs, or spleen.
LP-01 (CIN-16645) is an ionizable cationic lipid with a structure similar to 11-A-M (Echelon Cat#: N-1111). LP-01 can form LNPs with cholesterol, DSPC, and PEG2k-DMG. The LNP nucleic acid assemblies can deliver single-guide RNA (sgRNA) targeting MHC class II transactivator (CIITA) in T cells.
Lipid 10 is an ionizable lipid which efficiently delivers siRNA into leukocytes.
