Increased specificity

No amplification signal is observed for a known COVID negative sample with the Takyon^Ⓡ Ultra (yellow) while competitor T reagents gives false positive signal. In addition, the virus is detected with a brighter signal for the 2 positive patient samples when using Takyon^Ⓡ Ultra .

High sensitivity

Takyon^Ⓡ Ultra (yellow) demonstrates a better linear dynamic range than competitor T (dark blue) and better signal than competitor B (light blue) reagents.

Optimized stability

Takyon^Ⓡ Ultra (yellow) maintains consistent amplification results after 24h at -20°C (dark blue, recommended storage conditions), 4°C (light blue) or 20°C (yellow).
