Powerful Galactosidase in an Easy-To-Use Format

Immobilized GalactEXO are microspin columns containing the new β-galactosidase GalactEXO immobilized on agarose beads for fast and convenient hydrolysis of β1-3 and β1-4 linked galactose.

In the example below, etanercept was incubated with Immobilized GalactEXO and after release and label, the N-glycans were separated using HILIC. The resulting shift demonstrates the complete hydrolysis of galactose residues to the G0F glycoform.

Immobilized GalactEXO Microspin columns will hydrolyze galactose of 0.5 mg glycoprotein in 30-60 minutes. G0F glycoforms are generated on antibodies in as little as 30 min.

CE-MS Analysis of Bispecific and LALA Antibodies
