INSRb Stable Reporter Cell Line activation dose response performance. The following 7-point treatment series, with concentrations generated using serial 4-fold dilutions, provided a complete dose-response: 2,000, 500, 125, 31.3, 7.81, 1.95 and 0.488 ng/mL (n = 3/conc.), including ‘untreated’ control wells. Following 22-hours incubation the treatment media were discarded, INDIGlo Luciferase Detection Reagent was added, and luminescence intensity per well was quantified.
