In the last 20 years, OZ Biosciences has developed strong expertise in aminated lipids, which allowed the screening of several tens formulations in order to develop optimized LNPs referred as NanOZ-LNP. As LNP properties influence their diffusion efficiency, stability and biodistribution, each research model will require its own LNP formulation, depending on the genetic material, the route of injection and the cell(s) / tissue(s) / organ(s) involved. OZ Biosciences has developed the LNP Selection Kit to give you the opportunity to try 3 or 5 different formulations, and choose the one that works best in your model.

Each kit contains 3 or 5 different LNPs formulated with the same mRNA to choose from GFP (mRNA11), Luciferase (mRNA12) or OVA (mRNA41). Our kits are based on a set of proprietary lipids for which we hold intellectual property rights.
This kit is manufactured “on demand”, which means that no stock is produced, so the expected delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. Empty LNPs can be added in option to use as control.
