Description

Buffy Coats/Leukocytes are concentrated white cells obtained from a unit of whole blood. They can be prepared "bloody" (going deeper into the red cell layer to obtain maximum white cell counts) or "clear to pinkish" (not going into the red cell layer).  The Average size is 50 to 60 mls.
