Applications Description : Double stranded RNA control (dsRNA 142 bp) is suitable for use as a size standard in dsRNA and RNAi analysis on both non-denaturing polyacrylamide and agarose gels. We suggest to use it as a homogenous, well-characterized positive control for different dsRNA detection methods, e.g. for ELISA and dot-blots.
