Description
FragIT Z kit contains FragIT Z spin columns with FabRICATOR Z (IdeZ) enzyme immobilized on agarose beads and CaptureSelectTM spin columns for affinity capture of Fc fragments. FragIT digests antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins at one single amino acid position below the hinge generating Fc/2 and F(ab’)2 fragments. CaptureSelectTM spin columns capture Fc fragments for purification of F(ab’)2 and Fc fragments. FragIT Z kit is available in spin column format for digestion and purification of 0.5 – 2.5 mg of mouse IgG2a and IgG3 without residual enzyme in the final preparation.
