Heat shock protein HSP 90-beta (HSP 90-beta) is a molecular chaperone with ATPase activity. HSP 90-beta is a homodimer and interacts with p53/TP53. HSP 90-beta is phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.
