Subculturing

 

Remove medium, and rinse with PBS solution. Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 ml of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37C) until the cells detach. Add fresh culture medium, aspirate and dispense into new culture flasks.

 

Mycoplasma test

Negative for bacteria，fungi and mycoplasma.

When you receive the cell line, please examine the flask and its cap. If it is not well-found, please tell us instantly. After examination, please wipe the flask and flask cap with 70% alcohol, and then loosen it. Afterward, put the flask into incubator immediately.
