檢測抗體: 0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Human CD146 / MCAM monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-Protector, pH 7.4, store at 4℃). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use. (Catalog: # 10115-R044)

標準品 : Each vial contains 80 ng of recombinant Human CD146 / MCAM. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 700 pg/mL is recommended.

This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs.
The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for CD146(MCAM / MUC18) coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added tothe wells, and any CD146 present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wellsare washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-CD146 polyclonalantibody is then added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody “sandwich”. Thewells are again washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded, which producescolor in proportion to the amount of CD146 present in the sample. To end theenzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwellare read at 450 nm.
