天然樣本測定含量: 10 normal human serum were evaluated for the presence of human Galectin1. Eight samples measured less than the lowest standard, 0.39 ng/mL. Two samples measured were 2.99 and 78.55 ng/mL. The average concentration of Human Galectin1 in 10 normal human milk is 6.09 +/- 11.13 ng/mL ranging from 0.52 to 37.20 ng/mL.

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human Galectin1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed. Cross-reactivity was observed to be 5% with 50 ng/mL of recombinant mouse Galectin1.

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human Galectin1 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
