天然樣本測定含量: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells （1 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 5 days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL8, and measured 1153.25 ng/mL.

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL8. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL8 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
