Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural β-NGF,The sample measured less than the lowest β-NGF standard,3.13 pg/mL..

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human β-NGF. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed. High cross-reactivity were observed within standard curve of recombinant mouse β-NGF.

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human β-NGF control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed. High significant interference were observed within standard curve of recombinant mouse β-NGF.
