Description

The Myc Tag Immunomagnetic Beads, conjugated with Myc tag Antibody(100029-MM07), are used for Immuneprecipitation / IP of Myc-tagged proteins expressed in human, in vitro expression systems. For IP, the Immunomagnetic Beads are added to a sample containing Myc-tagged proteins to form an Immunomagnetic Beads-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually against a Magnetic Separator. The bound Myc-tagged proteins are dissociated from the Immunomagnetic Beads using an Elution Buffer.
