Description
Luc/GFP Reporter Cell Line – NALM6 is engineered to stably co-express GFP and luciferase reporter genes. It is an ideal positive control for use in bioluminescence and fluorescence assays. In addition, NALM6 cells form tumors post implantation into immunocompromised mice. The in vivo growth of these tumors can be monitored using bioluminescent imaging. Tumor samples can also be collected postmortem for analysis by conventional fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry.
