Pamidronate disodium is a nitrogen containing bisphosphonate used to prevent bone loss, and treat osteoporosis. Pamidronate disodium is also used as an experimental treatment of the bone disorder known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta, brittle bones and fragile fatigues.
