Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 6B (TNFRSF6B, Decoy Receptor 3, DcR3) can neutralize the cytotoxic ligands TNFS14/LIGHT, TNFSF15 and TNFSF6/FASL, preventing apoptosis. TNFRSF6B is detected in a variety of tissues, including colon carcinomas.
