Organoids and Immortalized Cells
類器官(Organoids)是由幹細胞或器官前驅細胞(progenitor cells)在體外透過3D培養形成的微型組織。它們能模擬真實器官的結構與功能,是疾病模式、藥物篩選及再生醫學的重要工具。另一方面,永生化細胞(Immortalized cell lines)則是透過基因改造或病毒轉染,繞過細胞分裂限制,使其具備無限增殖能力的細胞。這些細胞系為生物研究提供了穩定且具可重複性的細胞來源。
近期的研究顯示,類器官技術已進步到能建造包含多種細胞類型、免疫成分及血管網絡的複雜系統。同時,永生化的人類 B 細胞在生產單株抗體方面展現了極高效率,並克服了異源性抗體所引發的免疫排斥問題。目前,永生化細胞正被用於開發更穩定且具規模化潛力的類器官模型。
